Human apoptotic protein-array results show differences in the release of the indicated proteins from untreated and treated fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) derived from patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Autoradiographs of the arrays were scanned to determine the density of the protein-array positions. Values from scans were adjusted based on the intensity of control spots on the filter corners; the increases in densities of specific proteins are shown. This is one representative series of arrays from two experimental repeats.
