Survival time. Survival curves of mice immunized with PBS, pEGFP-C1, α-GalCer, pEGFP-C1-SAG5D or pEGFP-C1-SAG5D/α-GalCer after challenge with 1 × 10⁴ tachyzoites of RH strain 2 weeks after the final immunization (12 mice per group). Survival was monitored daily for 18 days after challenge.
