Female nude mice were inoculated subcutaneously with ELT3-Luciferase cells. Mice were treated with vehicle control (n = 7) or chelerythrine chloride (n = 9, 10 mg/kg/i.p.) daily for four weeks. A) Body weight was not affected by chelerythrine chloride treatment. B) Tumor volume was calculated weekly using a digital caliper.
