(a) The effect of SAG at −50 mV was blocked by bath application of the DGL inhibitor THL (SAG+THL, 101±8% baseline; p>0.05 by one-sample t-test). The 2-way repeated measures ANOVA showed significant interaction between SAG alone and SAG+THL, and a significant effect of THL. Sidak’s post hoc testing revealed the indicated significant differences between individual time; ** p<0.01, ***p<0.001, ***p<0.0001).
