^aFour plasma samples were serially diluted to achieve concentrations of viral RNA ranging from 3 (0.48 log₁₀) to 222,238 (5.35 log₁₀) copies/ml according to quantification with Roche TaqMan v2. Four replicates of each dilution were tested with the SAMBA semi-Q.
