Power at the nominal significance level of 0.001 for the T5 test based on the robust variance estimator and pre-QC variants (T5-rob, pre-QC), the T5 test based on the standard variance estimator and pre-QC variants (T5-std, pre-QC), and the T5 test based on the standard variance estimator and post-QC variants (T5-std, post-QC) in the integrative analysis of sequencing and GWAS data on the gene OR10J3. The power of T5 for the analysis of pre-QC variants based on sequenced subjects only (T5-seq, pre-QC) is also included. The trait of interest is quantitative. In Q2, Q4, and Q5, the critical values for T5-std (pre-QC) were reset to achieve correct type I error. Each power estimate is based on 1,000 replicates.
