1X10⁶ Vero cells were incubated with recombinant gD (r-gD) proteins at 37°C (A) or 4°C (B) in the presence or absence of indicated concentrations of HCWEs. Cell lysates were analyzed by Western blot assays with anti-gD and anti-β-actin antibodies. β-actin was used as an internal control for protein loading.
