1X10⁶ Vero cells were infected with HSV-1 at 1 m.o.i. in the presence or absence of indicated concentrations of HCWEs. Viral gD and VP16 were detected by Western blot assays with anti-gD and anti-VP16 antibodies. β-actin was used as an internal control for protein loading.
