Distal ablations showed cortical irregularity on images obtained with all sequences; this irregularity was associated with a small soft-tissue nodule of heterogeneous T2 signal with moderate heterogeneous enhancement (arrows). Proximal ablations are difficult to visualize, with only subtle cortical irregularity and faint intramedullary enhancement (arrows).
