Full length GraR (40 µM) was incubated with 50 mM acetyl phosphate in 50 mM Tris, 50 mM KCl, and 20 mM MgCl ₂ for different time intervals at 37°C. The samples were analyzed on an HPLC C4 reverse phase column by monitoring the absorbance at 212 nm (Y-axis; X-axis is the elution time in min).
