TF-dependent genes are defined by differential expression analyses against wild-type samples after knockout experiments. (A) TF-dependent genes are defined as those genes whose gene expression changed in the liver following knockout of the TF. Numbers of HNF4A target genes were conservatively estimated using a stringent P-value cutoff.
