Dose-response effect of r-Mt cpn10 on OPG protein secretion in third-generation cultured osteoblasts. The cells were cultured in serum-free medium for 24 h prior to stimulation with different doses of r-Mt cpn10. After 24 h of stimulation, aliquots of the medium were collected and the concentration of OPG protein was determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Protein concentrations were normalized to the number of cells, which was counted manually.
