(a) Tumors were observed in nude mice at the site injected with MSCs treated with IL-6 (arrow). (b) H&E staining of tissue from the cell injection site showed clusters of tumor cells with necrosis in the center (arrow). (c) No tumor growth was observed in nude mice after injection of normal control cells. (d) H&E staining of tissues at the cell injection site in the control group showed a normal skeletal muscle structure.
