1. R2 values represent the correlation between measured FPKM values and expected concentrations of control transcripts.

2. Dynamic range was calculated from maximum-minimum FPKM values of control transcripts for all individual libraries, using only control transcripts that had ≥1 mapped read in ≥6 replicate samples.
