CTS Immune Cell SR supports the ex vivo expansion of polyclonal activated T cells. T cells from PBMC were isolated and activated using CTS Dynabeads CD3/CD28 and cultured in OpTmizer cell culture medium supplemented with pooled human AB serum (HS 2%), titrated amounts of CTS Immune Cell SR (2–10%) or no serum. Cells were fed every 1–2 days. (a) Analysis of the growth kinetics from one representative donor.
