MLN0128 reduces AKT, S6, and 4eBP1 phosphorylation, while the combination with TSA further reduces AKT phosphorylation. Cells were treated with MLN0128 and TSA for 8 h. Whole cell lysates were collected and immunoblots were performed using the indicated antibodies.
