Primer and probe sequences for TaqMan qPCR
TaqMan probes contained the 5′-reporter carboxyfluorescein (FAM) and the 3′-quencher minor groove binder (MGB), Black Hole Quencher (BHQ)-1, or 4-(dimethylaminoazo)benzene-4-carboxylic acid (DABCYL) dye.
