The relationship between deactivation of the M1_ROI ipsilateral to the side of movement and the manual skill asymmetry index (n = 284 participants). Because there was no interaction between handedness and manual skill asymmetry index on the strength of deactivation the data of right- and left-handers are pooled (right-handers: green dots, left-handers: red dots).
