Cells were treated with 8 μM of Alexa fluor® 488 -labeled peptides for 1 h at 37° C and the mean fluorescence emission intensity of 10,000 cells was measured using flow cytometry. The mean fluorescence emission signal was normalized for the signal obtained with TAT after treatment with trypan blue.
