Table 1.

STAT3 affects the activities of the ETC complexes. Summary of the published work on mitochondrial STAT3’s regulation of the electron transport chain. The results presented in this table showcase the effect that STAT3 has when present in the mitochondria as some studies have utilized STAT3 null backgrounds as the basis for their comparison.
