DCs were isolated from WT, TLR5-deficient, and MyD88-deficient mice and stimulated with flagellin (5 μg/mL) for 15 min. Protein phosphorylation was determined in cell lysates with a Kinex antibody microarray, containing a panel of phospho-specific antibodies to provide a broad overview of intracellular phosphorylation. Estimated fold change (Δf) is calculated by subtracting the fold change values observed in TLR5-deficient samples (control, F-TLR5) from WT (F-Wt) and MyD88-deficient (F-Myd88) samples. Fold change (F) is the Z ratio of treated over untreated samples.
