The fluorescence images (A) and ciliated cells were counted under a fluorescence microscopy (B) (Scale bars: 10 μm). (C) htRPE/Smo-GFP cells pre-treated with 3MA (5 mM) for 12 h were further treated with sertraline (10 μM) for 24 h. The ciliated cells were counted under a fluorescence microscope.
