Effect of scopolamine (SCP; 1 mg/kg, i.p) and imperatorin (IMP; 1, 5, and 10 mg/kg, i.p) administered separately or in combination on spontaneous locomotor activity in mice. Mice were injected with imperatorin 10 min before scopolamine administration and then immediately placed in actimeters. Locomotor activity (number of interruptions of light beams) was recorded for the 30 and 60 min.
