Effect of scopolamine (SCP; 1 mg/kg, i.p) and imperatorin (IMP; 1, 5, and 10 mg/kg, i.p) administered separately or in combination on spontaneous locomotor activity in mice. Mice were injected with imperatorin 10 min before scopolamine administration and then immediately placed in actimeters.
