Cell proliferation was analyzed by cell counting. (C) Influences on cell cycle regulation by expression of LHBs. The percentage of cells in the G0/G1, S and G2/M phases was assessed by flow cytometry after propidium iodide staining. (D) Effect of LHBs on cell-cycle-related proteins.
