Icariin decreased caspase-3 expression in PC12 cells after exposure to Aβ 25–35. After pretreatment with 50 μM LY294002 for 1 h, PC12 cells were treated with 20 μM icariin for 1 h, followed by Aβ 25–35 treatment for 24 h.
