PHF8 regulates the transcription of cyclin E, E2F3, and E2F7. A–E, HeLa cells were transfected with pCMV FLAG-PHF8, pCMV FLAG-PHF8-S844A, or empty vector as a control. Total RNAs from transfected cells were extracted and subjected to real-time PCR for cyclin E (A), E2F3 (B), E2F7 (C), and GAPDH (D) with β-actin as an internal control.
