Liraglutide (LIRA) inhibited high glucose (HG)-induced migration in cultured vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). (C) Confluent VSMCs were wounded and each scratch was imaged at 0 and 24 h after wounding. The wound gaps in each culture were measured to indicate the migration capacity of VSMCs.
