The effects of CSV applications on cell viability against H2O2-induced cell death. The cells were pre-treated with different CSV concentrations for 30 min before exposure to 0.5 mM H2O2 for 6 h. Then, cell viability of CSV treated cultures was determined via MTT assay. CSV1 12.5 μg/ml CSV, CSV2 25 μg/ml CSV, CSV3 50 μg/ml CSV, H 2 O 2 0.5 mM hydrogen peroxide. The results are presented as percentage of the control group (n = 4). Data are expressed as mean ± SD.
