Root growth assay of WT, npc4 and NPC4-overexpressing Arabidopsis seedlings treated with Al. Five-day-old seedlings were transferred on agar plates containing 1/8 MS supplemented with AlCl₃. After 9 day incubation, the root growth was measured and compared to non-treated controls.
