The impact of BPA and EE exposure on changes in heart rate in response to phenylephrine in male and female CD-1 mice exposed to BPA or EE. No significant effect of exposure was observed for any BPA or EE exposure in males (A). Both BPA and EE significantly increased the magnitude of the baroreflex responsive in females (B). Significant effects were observed in all exposure groups except the lowest BPA dose group. Data are presented as group mean of the percentage peak decrease in baseline HR ± SEM.
