The optical absorption is obtained by using 1-diffused reflectance (R)-diffused transmittance (T). Ag NPs are embedded at the active layer with different spatial locations corresponding to Figures 1(a–c). The device structure of the middle case is: ITO/MoO3 (10 nm)/CuPc:C60 (40 nm)/Ag NPs/CuPc:C60 (40 nm)/BCP (10 nm)/Ag; The device structure of the near-anode case is: ITO/MoO3 (10 nm)/CuPc:C60 (20 nm)/Ag NPs/CuPc:C60 (60 nm)/BCP (10 nm)/Ag; The device structure of the near-cathode case is: ITO/MoO3 (10 nm)/CuPc:C60 (60 nm)/Ag NPs/CuPc:C60 (20 nm)/BCP (10 nm)/Ag.
