B ₀ field maps, low flip angle SSFP PD and FLASH PD short axis images for frequency offsets ranging from −200 Hz to 200 Hz in a healthy volunteer. The sensitivity to off-resonance of the SSFP protocol can be observed in the form of inhomogeneous signal intensity and banding artifacts, while the FLASH images are artifact free.
