(A) 6-OHDA treated animals in the DMS had significantly longer latencies to find the platform, and a trend toward significantly making more errors compared with controls over the duration of testing. DMS lesioned animals had significantly longer latencies than SHAMs that were unaffected by time (B), but made significantly more errors than SHAM controls on blocks 4–6 and block 9 (C).
