Susceptibility of yeast strains overexpressing wild-type Pdr16p and PI binding deficient Pdr16p ^{E235A, K267A} to ergosterol biosynthesis inhibitors. Wild-type (WT) FY1679-28c strain and pdr16Δ strain transformed with empty cloning vector YEplac181 (vector only) and vector overexpressing PDR16 or pdr16^{E235A, K267A} were pre-grown on YNB-LEU media overnight, diluted serially 10 times and plated on YEPD media containing indicated concentrations of sterol biosynthesis inhibitors miconazole, terbinafine, and amorolfine. Plates were incubated at 28 °C and assayed after 2 days.
