Compared to Lewis kidneys, LPK kidneys displayed diffuse cystic disease at week 11, characterized by collecting duct dilatation and interstitial injury. No significant differences in percentage cyst area were observed in the PDTC‐treated groups compared to vehicle‐treated LPK. Scale bar = 100 μm.
