Post-RT duration and number of cardiovascular risk factors were adjusted using linear regression in all association analyses. Statistical power (1-β) was calculated using the model with smallest observed P value. SS0.8 was the sample size to achieve a statistical power of 0.8 in the corresponding analysis.
