Phosopho-p38 (P-p38) levels and total p38 levels were determined in sham and ipsilateral LGN tissue derived from P10, MT−/− mice 24 hours after cortical ablation and either saline or minocycline treatment. Total extracts from C-6 glioma cells prepared with and without anisomycin treatment served respectively as positive and negative controls for P-p38. B.
