(A) SH-EP1 cells transfected with control vector (Ctl) or DN-Cas4 expression vector (DN-Cas4) were subjected to Western blotting analysis with anti-caspase-4 antibody. #1, #7, and #10 represent selected single cell clones with different levels of overexpression of DN-Cas4.Membranes were re-probed with β-actin as a loading control. Results are representative of three experiments.
