Fig. 6 — Rolipram had no effect on sucrose or water consumption during the 6 consecutive hours of testing in FH/Wjd rats. Rolipram (0.2 mg/kg, s.c.) was administered 30 min before the start of the drinking session; it did not affect consumption of either 2% sucrose (A) or water (B). The values are expressed as mean consumption (g/kg) of sucrose or water ± SEM (two-way repeated measures ANOVA followed by student t-test); n = 7.
