DMXAA induced a distinct cytokine response profile. RAW264.7 cells were treated with 125 μM DMXAA, 1 μg/ml of Pam3CSK4 (TLR1/2 agonist), 10 μg/ml of poly(I:C) (TLR3 agonist), or 3 μM Gardiquimod (TLR7 agonist) for the times indicated.
