The time dependent effect of intravenous (i.v.) administration in mice of hybrid 22 (1.08; 10.8 μmol/kg), its parent compound 33 (1.21 μmol/kg), and morphine (M, 12.5 μmol/kg) in the tail-flick assay (6-8 animals per group). Statistical analysis has shown significant differences between 22 (10.8 μmol/kg) and morphine (*** p< 0.001); between 22 (1.08 μmol/kg) and morphine (## p< 0.01) as well as between 33 and morphine ($$ p< 0.01 and $$$ p < 0.001).
