The filled squares represent SNR differences obtained by Souza et al. (2006) in comparable conditions. The open triangles, open circles, and asterisks represent SNR differences measured in this study for speech with a steady masker processed with the short RT and 4, 8, and 16 channels respectively. The thin diagonal line represents where the data points would lie if there were no changes in SNR.
