DCs treated with SOCS1 siRNA produce high levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ and low level of IL-4, but have no effect on the production of IL-10, IL-6, and TGF-β. At day 8, iDCs were exposed to SOCS1 siRNA and treated with or without C. albicans for 24 h, and then, culture supernatants were collected.
