Association of serum IFN-γ/IL-4 levels at baseline and the relative expression levels of T-bet/GATA-3 genes. There was a positive association between serum IFN-γ level and T-bet mRNA level, yet between serum IL-4 level and GATA3 mRNA level in PBMCs.
