(A and B) Monocytes and iDCs were incubated in medium in the presence of the indicated mixtures of nec-1 (90 μM), zVAD-fmk (50 μM), TNF (200 ng·mL⁻¹) and MLN4924 (5 μM). Total cell lysates were then subjected to Western blot analysis to evaluate the expression of the indicated proteins. (A).
