Figure 7. — Proinflammatory cytokine levels are significantly lower in DKO plasma. Plasma cytokines were quantified by Luminex^® assay. Proinflammatory cytokines TNF‐α, IL‐1β, and IL‐12 were decreased, whereas IL‐10 trended higher, in DKO (n=8), compared to Apoe^−/− (n=7). Each symbol represents 1 animal.
