(A) Expression of activating FcγRs in DKO mice. Surface expression of FcγRI (CD64) on PBMCs was evaluated by flow cytometry, using an antibody to CD64 (FcγRI). CD64 levels were not different. (B) FcγRI, III, and IV transcripts were quantified by qRT‐PCR from thioglycolate‐elicited peritoneal macrophages (n=5). Significance was determined by independent sample t test. Although FcγRIII expression trended higher (P=0.06), there were no statistically significant differences in FcγR expression.
