Symptoms at two time points, Tprevious and Tlast, in idiopathic chronic hydrocephalus patients with cognitive impairment (ICH-CI) and asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic adults (AMSA). Cognitive impairment was graded according to mini-mental state examination MMSE score: severe (<10 points), 3 patients; moderate (10–19 points), 5 patients; or mild (20–24 points), 3 patients.

Gait impairment: unsteady +; walking only with help ++; bedridden +++. Urinary impairment: urgent micturition +; urinary incontinence ++. “−”means unaltered.
