Inhibitory effect of lipid emulsion supplementation on LPS-induced ICAM-1 surface expression. Endothelial cells were supplemented with varying doses of OO (A), SO (B), or FO (C) for 24 hours under standard tissue culture conditions, followed by a 4-hour stimulation with or without LPS (1 μg/ml).
