The initial inoculums were 1×10⁶ cells/mL (A), 1×10⁷ cells/mL (B), and 1×10⁸ cells/mL (C). Aliquots were obtained at the indicated time points and serially dilutions were spreads on YPD agar plates. Colony counts were determined after 48 h incubation.
